Mind Body Connection.
We often talk about the mind and body as though they are separate entities when in fact they are two pieces of the same person. What happens in the mind affects the body and what happens in the body affects the mind. We have created a journal with daily practices to begin to bring awareness to your daily thoughts and patterns which are likely on autopilot. Once you become aware of them, you can begin to change them. Although these practices are not directly focused on food or exercise, we believe they can have a profound impact on your overall sense of joy and well being.
